How it works We first apply a mild cleaning solution. This is a gentle solution that will not cause damage to your tile or like some harsh acids. This pre-treatment emulsifies grease, accumulated soil, and contaminants, allowing the rest of the cleaning process to be very effective on dirty grout and tile. We then apply high pressure, heat, and vacuum that allow Creative Ceramics to “surgically” remove the soil embedded into porous parts of the tile and grout. The system generates water pressure of 50 to 3,000 P.S.I. and water temperature up to 240 degrees to dissolve and remove years of soil and contaminants restoring your tile and hard surface floors almost to its original condition making a huge impact on the cleanliness of the environment. Our cleaning system restores tile & grout 85 to 90 percent of its original appearance. In a nut shell, the system will pressure wash, clean rinse, extract, and dry all in one process, making this the most effective and efficient cleaning method available today. |
